Description

Step into something unique on your next Smoky Mountain getaway — a decagon-shaped cabin nestled within Chalet Village Resort. Just a mile from winter fun at Ober Mountain and under 3 miles from both downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this mountain retreat offers the perfect balance of fun, convenience, and comfort. With over 1,300 square feet of cozy living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, this Gatlinburg cabin is just right for families or groups of up to 8 guests looking for a place that feels like home but with a refreshing mountain twist.

You’ll be greeted by seasonal mountain views, beautiful wooded surroundings, and decks designed for gathering outdoors. Inside, thoughtful touches like a stone fireplace, a Multicade arcade unit, and TVs in every bedroom create spaces where relaxation and fun come naturally. Whether you’re grilling on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, or unwinding by the fire after an afternoon of axe throwing, this cozy cabin ensures your Tennessee trip is filled with memories.

Living Room

Cozy, warm, and ready for quality time with your favorite people, the living room at your Gatlinburg cabin rental offers a stone-encased gas fireplace that immediately sets a mountain tone, inviting you to curl up with cocoa on winter nights or add ambiance to autumn evenings. A sofa, loveseat, and coffee table offer space to kick back, while cozy lamps make the space glow after dark.

For entertainment, there’s a big screen TV and DVD player for family movie nights, plus a loaded Multicade unit that will keep both kids and adults entertained with throwback arcade games when you’re not playing at downtown Gatlinburg arcades. Windows stretch across one side of the room, bringing in natural light and views of the treetops — with the added bonus of mountain vistas peeking through during fall and winter. It’s the kind of space where you can nap, chat, and laugh together with ease.

Kitchen

Cooking on your family vacation or trip with the guys doesn’t have to be a chore. The galley-style kitchen at your Gatlinburg rental cabin is compact but efficient, designed to keep everything within reach. You’ll have all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need, along with standard appliances for everyday meals. A counter facing outward gives you scenic space to prep, and there’s a double sink for added convenience.

Morning routines are easy with both a standard drip coffeemaker and a Keurig, making sure everyone gets their caffeine just the way they like it. With groceries from Appalachian stores or fresh finds from local farmers markets, you can craft hearty breakfasts, pack hiking trail snacks, or host a simple taco night before heading out to enjoy more.

Dining Area

Featuring a window-side table, this dining area at your Smoky Mountain cabin rental seats several guests comfortably, letting you enjoy treetop and seasonal mountain views with every bite. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and the space feels bright by day and cozy by night.

When you’re not dining, the table is a natural spot to set up board games, play cards, or work on a puzzle. It’s also an easy place to chat with the cook in the nearby kitchen. With its simplicity and charm, the dining area helps turn ordinary meals into moments you’ll remember between exploring waterfalls, riding horses, or playing at family attractions in Gatlinburg.

Bedrooms

Your 3-bedroom cabin provides privacy and comfort for up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a queen bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom, giving you a little sanctuary of your own. Two additional bedrooms — one with a queen and another with a twin-over-twin bunk — are cozy retreats with their own TVs and wooded views.

For more flexibility, the sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper. With 2 full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo), the layout is practical for families or groups of friends. Whether you’re traveling with kids, couples, or a mix, everyone has space to rest, relax, and recharge for another day in the Smokies.

Outdoor Spaces

This beautiful cabin makes the most of its natural surroundings with inviting outdoor decks. The main deck is covered and features a gas grill for mountain cookouts, rocking chairs for slow mornings, and a table for dining al fresco. Head down to the lower deck, where a bubbling hot tub waits beneath the cover, so you can enjoy a soak rain or shine.

Wooded views surround the property, with seasonal mountain vistas most visible in fall and winter when the leaves thin. The location feels semi-private, with nearby properties visible but not close enough to distract. It’s the kind of outdoor setup where you can sip wine among the stars, listen to birdsong in the morning, or simply breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Other Amenities

Convenience comes standard at this vacation home. You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi to plan your outings with money-saving tips for your Smoky Mountain retreat or stream favorite shows at the cabin plus keyless entry for smooth check-in and checkout. With everything set up to make your stay easy, you can focus on enjoying time together.

Community Amenities

As part of Chalet Village Resort, you’ll have seasonal access to a wide range of community extras. Summertime brings fun at the swimming pools, complete with playful water features and loungers. Play tennis or basketball on lit courts, squeeze in a workout with the fitness equipment, or let the kids burn off energy at the playgrounds. It’s a wonderful perk that adds even more options to your Smoky Mountain stay.
