This was a mother-daughter getaway. We plan to repeat this trip and plan separate trips with our families too. The views are stunning. The house and it’s pictures and descriptions are all spot on. Responsive management company. They responded to every question we had an even suggested locations for us to visit in the area. We will return

I ended up getting the door codes to a different cabin thru the app. This was a bit concerning. Perfect other than that.

Very clean everything you need but groceries.

We stayed at Our Mountain Dream with two other couples. The chalet had three bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Very functional for three couples. Wonderful view.

Lively view. Very comfortable and convenient to all we wanted to do. Only issue were the lady bugs in one of the downstairs baths.

Our chalet was so nice and it was so clean. Every thing was just perfect for our visit.

Overall a good experience. We had the Dish Network problem on Sunday which was corrected Tuesday evening. Some minor ongoing reception problems when it rained. Owner needs to switch to a cable package with similar channel selection. Some extra toilet paper and paper towels would have been good. We bought some. Owner should not have put the roof on the patio or somehow higher, good for weather but impedes view. Heat lamp was great! Dining room too closed off. Next year we will look for another cabin, hopefully with a spectacular view, high celings with loft to enjoy the view and a more open floor plan. Thinking of All About the View but have to study the floor plan.

Everything was great as always. Only problem was the chalet was overrun by ladybugs. Not your fault. They were harmless.

Home was clean, well stocked, loved the covered decks. We were very comfortable!

House was clean and as listed, and service at the office was great. This is our 2nd stay in a Chalet Village property, and will not be our last!

Using chalet village for most of the 22 years we have been coming down. Very friendly and easy check in. Very few issues in all those years and when there was one it was taken care of immediately.

As stated in the title, both fantastic view and awesome chalet are certainly appropriate. Our stay was absolutely terrific. Additionally, we have found that Chalet Village Properties is excellent in every way. The location was convenient to restaurants and activities that we always enjoy in the Gatlinburg area. Yet, the location provided a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy one another and the fantastic view in a very clean, functional chalet.Chalet Village is wonderful to work with.

My family was so pleased to stay at this beautiful home. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable with attractive furniture and beautifully decorated rooms. The porch view was excellent and it is in a very quiet location.

The home had attractive and comfortable furniture, beds and amenities. Great WiFi, TV, pool table, for entertainment. The kitchen was excellent and great for our needs.

My girls used the Jacuzzi, we played pool, was able to do laundry and just relaxed around a terrific home when we weren't hiking or touring. It really was a home-away-from-home. My girls didn't want to leave!!

I cannot imagine not using their services.

Fantastic experience,Just as described and more!Very clean, everything needed was right there. View is very nice morning & evening. Enjoyed the pool table, hot tub & the large seating areas. Close enough to town but still high enough in the mountains. Close to the National park and restaurants. Highly recommend this place to stay. And we saw bears!!

The view from 917 Our Mountain Dream can't be beat! We loved spending time on the deck looking at the Smoky Mountains. The pool table and hot tub were both a huge hit. The cabin was well stocked and had every thing we needed. Thank you! We hope to be back soon!

Great view, Great Chalet. Could not have been any better. Very clean. Beds, furniture and linens excellent. Lots of construction in area but not a issue. Love the tin roof over porch with heater. Even with rain we enjoyed. Very best we have stayed in over many years. Some if our others burned in fire. Office staff excellent.

This cabin had everything you’d need. Hot tub, different rooms and 2 decks with pristine views. A heater on the main deck helped in the early morning for coffee on the deck. Jackie came and sorayed for wasps and there was no problem after that... hard to believe the fire went all around the cabin and it was saved.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean Got the pleasure of seeing a momma bear with her 5 babies right outside our cabin. Wonderful experience. And cabin was up far enough where we didn’t hear traffics and the view was breath taking.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg and your chalet was exceptional.

We stayed in a very beautiful chalet. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for or familie’s stay.

You made everything very easy! The cabin was looking very and suited our needs very well. Only issue was dealing with the construction crew trucks. After the first two days they were good about not blocking our drive. So good to see building going on.

Check in and check out were a breeze. The chalet was very clean and fully stocked. The view was breathtaking.

Office staff is always awesome that is part of why we continue to come back to Chalet Village year after year. Chalets are always clean and if something goes wrong, it is always taken care of.

The personnel were courteous and efficient. The chalet was clean and beautiful. We have stayed in many of your chalets over the years. We stayed in Unit 916 and will definitely stay in this unit again. The devastation was very sad but it was good to see new construction. We would like to apologize to the housecleaning employees. The time got away from us and didn't realize what time it was. We did not know they were patiently waiting at the end of the street for us to leave.

The chalet was ready when we arrived (and I might add, we were about 4 hours early)! It was neat and clean so we made ourselves at home! Very comfy! Also, the new roof over the back deck is a huge plus!! It rained some and we were able to sit and enjoy the rain on the tin roof. It was great!

Magnificent location and very private getaway that far exceeded our expectations. I'll be back!!

We were again please with out recent stay. We have stayed with Chalet Village more than 15 years. It was sad this time seeing the effects of the November '16 fire. We are anxious to see the chalets rebuilt. We will be back when time allows!
