With space for up to 12 guests, it’s great for fun family vacations, weekends with friends, and couples’ retreats. Soak up mountain views from the deck, cozy up in the living room in front of the fireplace, and play games on days around the cabin.
Start mornings at View Topia Falls sipping coffee at the table on the deck, then head inside to make a hearty pre-hike breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. After you’ve spent the day exploring downtown Gatlinburg – just a short drive away – come back to unwind in front of the big screen TV, enjoy dinner together at the dining table, and play around in the rec room with pool table, big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, arcade games, mini fridge, and space to hang out.
View Topia Falls is also loaded with the conveniences of home, including a washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet, and a grill. And you’ll have access to community amenities in Chalet Village, including lighted tennis courts, pools, playgrounds, and a short drive to downtown and the ski slopes of Ober Gatlinburg.
Living Room
Come together in the living room, where you’ll have floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views, exposed wood beams, a large stone fireplace for those cool mountain evenings, dark furniture, and charming black bear décor.
There are 2 sitting areas for groups, with sofas, chairs, reading lamps, coffee tables, and a fireplace in one. It all opens up nicely to the kitchen and dining, so it’s easy for the whole group to hang out while eating, cooking, playing, and relaxing.
Kitchen
You’ll actually want to cook on vacation in this gorgeous kitchen, outfitted with warm wood cabinets, wine storage, tile floors, stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks, and ample counter space for prepping meals or setting out a buffet of snacks and drinks. The cooktop blends into the kitchen island, and amazing views rest just beyond the windows!
Dining Area
View Topia Falls has space for the group to eat in the cabin, with seating for 4 at the cooktop kitchen island and a 4-person dining table with nice views. If the cabin is full, spread out across the island, table, and living room nearby. When mealtime is over, use the table as your game-night hub, breaking out the card games and board games you brought along!
Rec Loft
Ready to play? You won’t even have to leave the cabin when you want some fun. Make your way to the loft to enjoy views, shoot pool, play board games and card games at the table with barstools, or test your skills on the multicade arcade console. If you want to just kick back, grab a drink out of the mini fridge and flip on the flatscreen TV.
Private Indoor Pool
The star of the cabin is the private indoor pool, where you can swim year-round! Adults can unwind in the loveseat and in the chairs as the kids splash around and play. Steps make getting in the pool a bit easier, and the room also has a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, and easy access to the deck.
Bedrooms
At night, retreat to the cozy bedrooms of View Topia Falls. A queen-size bed in the loft is great for couples or kids to have a fun sleepover in the rec room, with curtains for some extra privacy. The other bedrooms feature king-size beds, direct deck access, TVs, and reading lamps by the beds. The lovely bathrooms feature tile and stone walls, jetted tubs, and elegant shower curtains.
Outdoor Spaces
A trip to the Smoky Mountains isn’t complete without some time spent in the great outdoors. Grab a cup of coffee or a cold drink and enjoy relaxing on the porch swing, soak in the views, toss burgers and kabobs on the grill, and enjoy dinner at the table on the deck on nice nights. Before bed, climb into the outdoor hot tub to soothe tired muscles.

A stay in View Topia Falls means you have access to the community amenities in Chalet Village. Along with its convenient location near downtown and the ski slopes of Ober, it offers access to lighted tennis courts, community pools, walking paths, and more.
