Eagle’s Nest

Located in the lovely and convenient Chalet Village community, Eagle’s Nest is just minutes from the fun of downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg! You can hit the slopes in winter and explore the area all year – all within a short drive. This 3-bedroom, 3 ½-bathroom cabin with space for up to 8 guests has 2,000 square feet of space, king-size beds, mountain views, homey conveniences, and lots of community perks!

Take advantage of community pools and clubhouses, exercise equipment, kids’ play areas, lighted tennis courts, walking trails, and more. Then enjoy all Eagle’s Nest offers – from a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen TV with DVD player, and arcade games to wireless high-speed internet, a hot tub, and a grill for cooking out.

Living Room
Cozy up in the living room of Eagle’s Nest for a laid-back day. A wall of windows showcases mountain views, and exposed wood beams add to the rustic mountain feel. The sofa doubles as a sleeper if you’re at max capacity at the cabin, and the flatscreen TV is perfect when you just want to unwind. Put a DVD in for movie night, pile snacks on the coffee table, and stay cozy in front of the gas fireplace on those cool mountain nights here.

Kitchen
Cooking on vacation is a great way to save some money while away – and a great way to create your favorite meals. The Eagle’s Nest features a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stovetop, microwave, and all the tools and dishes you’ll need to enjoy meals at the cabin. Make popcorn for movie night, keep snacks on hand for playing games around the cabin, create big holiday spreads for the family, or just reheat leftovers after meals downtown! The kitchen also has a Keurig coffeemaker so you can start the morning right.

Dining Area
Once you’ve prepared a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you can sit down at the dining table together. It has space for 6 (plus extra seating at the breakfast bar for 2) with gorgeous views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy holiday spreads, game-day snacks, and hearty breakfasts before big hikes. And when mealtime is over, use this table for games! Bring along your board games or card games so you can play late into the night!

Rec Area
It’s time to play! Head to the rec area in Eagle’s Nest, where you can shoot pool, play chess, and test your skills on an arcade console – featuring favorites like Ms. Pac-man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and Galaga.

Bedrooms
After you’ve spent the day hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, driving around Cades Cove, walking through downtown, or playing at Dollywood, you’ll appreciate the comfortable bedrooms in Eagle’s Nest. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan for warmer nights, and a flatscreen TV so there’s no fighting over the remote. Two bedrooms have direct deck access as well! You can start the day in the large tiled shower, soak in the jetted tub, and then get some fresh air on the deck before heading out. With 3 king-size beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the cabin, you’ll have space for up to 8 guests total!

Outdoor Spaces
What’s a stay in the Smokies without some time spent in the great outdoors? Enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces at Eagle’s Nest, starting with the entry-level deck that boasts mountain views! Sit back in the gliding chairs with a drink, climb into the outdoor hot tub for a soothing soak, or fire up the gas grill and sit down at the picnic table for a nice meal outside. The lower level deck features rocking chairs great for starting your day with a cup of coffee. Outdoor amenities also include a paved driveway (steep and curvy with parking for 2) and stone steps leading to 5 stairs up to the cabin. *A natural gas line runs to the grill, so you don’t have to bring your own propane tank!

Other Amenities
Eagle’s Nest is outfitted with plenty of amenities in the cabin, including a washer/dryer so you can wash pool towels and freshen up clothes after hikes and high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected! On top of that, you’ll have access to community amenities in the Chalet Village Resort: community pools and clubhouses, tennis courts, fitness equipment, play areas for kids, and much more!

Less than 5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and near the ski slopes of Ober Gatlinburg, Eagle’s Nest keeps you close to it all.
