It’s just 1.5 miles from downtown, so guests will have easy access to the area’s best restaurants, attractions, art galleries, shops, and more. Take a short drive to town to eat, shop, and play or head over to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for miles of outdoor fun. Ober Gatlinburg is also nearby, so you can spend a winter day on the ski slopes, go indoor ice skating, or celebrate at the fall’s OktOBERfest!
Guests can spread out across 5,000 square feet of space at the stunning Cloud 9 (723). Beautiful hardwood floors flow throughout, and the deck features stone and metal details for an industrial-rustic look. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the rolling mountain views, along with an antler chandelier, plush leather seating, a big screen TV, and a beautiful stone fireplace. You’ll feel tucked away in your luxury lodge as you chat with family and catch up with friends.
The kitchen is nearby and outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge, and the dining area offers seating for 12 – plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. In the rec room, shoot pool, make drinks at the wet bar, and flip on the big screen TV with a DVD player. The living room is perfectly set up for a group, with 2 great areas to relax. Along with the primary seating area, the living room has a sitting area with a telescope and a large picture window. It’s the perfect place to cozy up with a book, have a romantic evening, or snuggle with a kiddo and read a bedtime story.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen at Cloud 9 (723) is another luxurious and impressive space. It’s outfitted with a stainless steel double-door refrigerator, a nice island for extra prep space (housing pots and pans), a microwave, a dishwasher, 2 ovens – one with a gas range and one with a glass top, a stand mixer, coffeemakers, and plenty of dishes and utensils for enjoying meals here.
Easily whip up breakfast in this beautiful space, pack a picnic lunch before heading out for a scenic drive through the Smokies, or make a great group dinner. There is a wine fridge for bottles of local wine, breakfast bar seating for 4, and all the tools you’ll need.
Dining Area
Easily grab second helpings and set the table with a dining area right next to the kitchen. The large wood table – with seating for 12 – sits beneath an antler chandelier. Sit down with a group here for a great meal, make it easy with a pizza dinner, or bring family recipes and have a holiday feast.
